I am an assistant professor of economics in the Johnson College of Business and Economics at the University of South Carolina Upstate where I normally teach courses in Principles of Microeconomics and Managerial Economics. In fall 2021, I am also teaching a course in Game Theory.
My primary research interests lie in the fields of Environmental and Natural Resource Economics, Industrial Organization, Applied Microeconomics, and Game Theory. Please visit my research page to view some of my work.
I recently published a book, Practice Exercises for Intermediate Microeconomic Theory, available here.
In my free time, I am usually on a bike riding some of the great roads and trails in the Upstate of South Carolina and neighboring North Carolina with my wife, or relaxing with my dogs (who double as enthusiastic coauthors) Bandit (the black one) and Barkley (the brown one).
Note: This website is updated intermittently. If you want updated working papers or any other information, please email me and I will respond as quickly as I can.
Email is the best way to get in touch with me. I will respond when I am finished with my bike ride.
